The applicant is proposing a 2-lot subdivision of 3.2 acres of land located in the R20 District.  Lot 1 will consist of 1.07 acres and contains a single-family dwelling and accessory structures.  Lot 2 will consist of 2.2 acres and is undeveloped land.  Public water and sewer are available.  The application has been referred to the Albany County Planning Board and Village of Altamont.
